There have been a number of changes in the bankruptcy process over the last few years. These changes have been in the Bankruptcy Code, in the ways that companies have funded themselves, through the influence of new financial products, and the current state of the capital markets, among other things.
I am going to write a series of posts discussing these changes, and I hope you will add your thoughts to mine.
A series is necessary because the topic is very large and it is easier to discuss in discrete posts than trying to write one huge post.
I will also be providing links to other places on the web and books that readers may find appealing in relation to the subject.
I look forward to your feedback once I start.
